Account deletion information
You can begin deletion inside the iOS app under Account and Your Data. A cooling-off period helps prevent destructive action after account compromise or a momentary mistake.
Before deletion
Review scheduled messages, active delegates, recipient access, and documents. Request an export if you need a copy. Beginning deletion revokes active API tokens and device registrations.
During the cooling-off period
The request remains cancelable for 30 days. New releases and account changes are restricted. Contact support promptly if the request was unauthorized.
What is removed or retained
Unreleased private content and files are deleted or anonymized after the cooling-off period. Released recipient content, delivery evidence, purchase records, security events, and legally required audit information may be retained under the Data Retention Policy.
Help when you cannot sign in
Contact privacy@hearmelater.com from the account email address. We will verify the request before acting and will never ask for your password or two-factor secret.
