Terms of Service
These terms govern use of Hear Me Later. By creating an account or using a recipient or delegate feature, you agree to the version presented to you at that time.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Hear Me Later the limited rights needed to store, process, secure, and deliver it under your instructions. Do not upload unlawful content or content you lack authority to use.
Release instructions and recipient access
You are responsible for choosing recipients, permissions, triggers, delegates, and contact information. We apply documented safeguards but cannot guarantee delivery when details are wrong, external services fail, evidence is disputed, or law prevents release.
Plans and storage
Purchases provide the plan and storage allowance shown at purchase, subject to App Store terms and service availability. A one-time purchase is not a promise of perpetual hosting. We will provide reasonable notice of material storage or service changes where practicable.
No professional advice
Hear Me Later is not a law firm, medical provider, executor, trustee, or funeral provider. It does not replace a legally valid will, trust, advance directive, or advice from qualified professionals. Uploaded wishes may not be legally enforceable.
Suspension, deletion, and availability
We may restrict use to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or maintain security. You may request deletion subject to cooling-off, released-content, safety, audit, and legal-retention rules. The service may change and is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
