Organize insurance, estate, care, property, funeral, and other records with selected access and encrypted file storage.
Organized metadata
Add a category, description, expiration date, provider, policy reference, and beneficiaries where appropriate. Sensitive metadata is encrypted by the application.
Upload a copy or record the physical location
Attach a private PDF or photo, write where the original is kept at home, or do both. A location can be as simple as “fire safe in the upstairs closet, blue folder.” Location notes are encrypted like other sensitive document details.
Private file processing
Files are renamed, checksummed, MIME inspected, quota checked, held in quarantine, and encrypted before becoming available. Executable and unsupported formats are rejected.
Versions and reminders
Replacing a document creates a new version rather than silently overwriting history. Expiration dates can drive renewal reminders.
