Always-available access
Grant view, upload, scheduling, or management permission immediately. Scope can cover selected messages, documents, folders, wishes, or account operations.
Emergency access
An approved delegate can request access with a reason. The account owner is alerted and can approve or deny the request during the configured waiting period.
Post-death access
Post-death grants remain inactive until a death-verification case passes evidence, human review, notification, and cooling-off safeguards.
